Online Rules Near Elements Casino Brantford

On level two at 40 Icomm Drive, the poker room is land-based: professional dealers, real chips, a real table. Playing online in Ontario follows a different rulebook, which the Level Two desk explains on this page.

The market

Ontario's regulated online market

April 4, 2022 is when Ontario put online gambling under regulation. Conduct and management belong to iGaming Ontario, while the AGCO serves as regulator. A private site is lawful in Ontario only after the AGCO registers it and it holds an iGaming Ontario operating agreement.

Before you ask which sites qualify: iGaming Ontario keeps the directory of regulated sites at igamingontario.ca. OLG.ca is a separate case from the private operators, because OLG, the provincial agency, operates it as its own online casino.

Before you ask: two conditions sit with the player, not with the site. Ontario law puts online casino play at 19+, the same threshold Elements Casino Brantford enforces at its Icomm Drive entrance. The player also has to be inside Ontario, physically located there, for any session on a regulated Ontario site.

Opting out

Opting out, online and on the floor

On the online side, the single opt-out is BetGuard (betguard.ca), in iGaming Ontario's care since May 14, 2026. With one registration, a person is locked out of all of Ontario's regulated gambling sites, OLG.ca included. The span is up to them: a period of 6 months, of 1 year, of 5 years, or a custom length they pick. Before you ask: BetGuard has no reach into land-based rooms, so an enrolled player may still take a seat at the level two poker tables in Brantford.

Casino floors call for a different tool, OLG's My PlayBreak, whose ban covers every casino in the province. Terms on offer are 3 months and 6 months, plus any length from 1 up to 5 years; once picked, a term cannot be shortened. To enrol, a person can call 1-800-387-0098 for the OLG Support Centre, speak with staff at Elements Casino Brantford, or visit a PlaySmart Centre.

This guide

How this guide's paid links work

Brantford Casino Level Two confines every paid link to its home page, each with an Ad tag. There are three: in the menu button, in a block just after the first screen, and in a closing block close to the bottom. Behind all of them stands one private online casino partner. The links are meant only for adults while they are physically in Ontario. That partner pays the Level Two desk a commission.

The partner is not OLG.ca. OLG, iGaming Ontario, the AGCO, Great Canadian, Elements Casino Brantford, the Poker Atlas app and the help services have no tie to it. This guide takes no money from any of them. The partner can change, so no page names it. Before you click, the directory at igamingontario.ca shows which online casinos are regulated in Ontario.

FAQ

Short answers

Can someone in Brantford play on a site from another province?

A regulated Ontario site requires the player to be physically located in Ontario. The directory at igamingontario.ca shows which sites are regulated here.

Is OLG.ca covered by a BetGuard opt-out?

Yes, OLG.ca is covered, since BetGuard spans the full list of Ontario-regulated sites for online play. The set terms are 6 months at the short end, 1 year in the middle and 5 years at the long end, and a custom term can also be chosen.

Does My PlayBreak keep someone out of the level two poker room too?

My PlayBreak covers all Ontario casinos, Elements Casino Brantford and its poker room included. The term cannot be ended early.

Who is behind the Ad button in the menu?

Each Ad link on the Brantford Casino Level Two home page ends at one partner, which is a private online casino. The Level Two desk earns a commission from it and may replace it. That business is distinct from OLG.ca and has no link of any kind to Great Canadian, Elements Casino Brantford or the regulators.
